When in with a group of 8. We all order different meals and I believe only 2 eat all we got, not because in want good but because there was so much. The food was fantastic. Everyone of us committed on how good the food was. I would recommend eating there to everyone. Thanks Charbroiler.
Service is great but the bbq sandwich wasn't good. I have never seen anybody put coleslaw on a barbecue sandwich it was not good. They were willing to make us more which is wonderful but we live out in the country and the food did not settle with us as it was.Today is 8-20-2018. Well once again my husband called in an order at Charbroiler for 2 BBQ sandwich with chopped BBQ and BBQ sauce only. CHOPPED MEAT WITH BBQ SAUCE ONLY. NOW I'M WONDERING WHY AND HOW ONE WOULD GET COLE SLAW ON IT WHEN SHE WAS TOLD MEAT N BBQ SAUCE. I called n talked to some lady and she told me she would look into the matter and will her back with me. It is now 8-21-2018 and I'm still waiting on that phone call. No recommendation for me of any of my friends as a matter of fact I will let them know that you're messed up my order twice not once but twice and never called me back so you just lost a customer.
Our family was driving back Bentonville, AR, stopped for gas and this little hole in the wall caught our eye. We had been in the road for hours and were just wanting a quick bite. The Brisket melted in your mouth. It was one of the top briskets I have ever eaten. Everyone ordered something different and it was all good home style food. Kiddos actually ate what they ordered is always a perk. It was lunch hour, pretty busy, one waitress, and we hardly waited at all. We marked this down as a must stop on future road trips.
My wife and I were on a week long bike trip when we ran into rain so we stopped here for a late lunch. The food was very good. The staff very accommodating. We stayed for 3 1/2 hours while it rained and watched a ball game on TV. Wound up checking in to the motel behind them and came back for supper. Again good food and service. Thanks ladies!
Not impressed. The server was nice but the burger was nothing special.
